I. Data that CloudTimer collects and for which purpose
For the execution of the Services, CloudTimer processes the personal data for the purposes as listed below. Your personal data is required and you give permission to use the following personal data:
Visits to the Website and App: when you visit the Website or use the App, our servers automatically store information, such as your URL, IP address, browser type and language and device type, and the time and date of your visit. To allow us to optimize the layout of the Website, to improve the provision of information, and to combat fraud. During the use of the Website cookies are placed on your computer, smartphone or tablet; see e.g. paragraph V. for further information on the use of cookies.
Creating a user account: to create a user account, you must provide your contact details (first name, last name and e-mail) (“Contact Information”) as well as other information (username and password) (“Other Information”).
Information messages: FSS may use your Contact Information to send information messages (not marketing communications) that is necessary to provide the Services.
Monitoring of your use of the Service: FSS collects data based on your use of the Services. If applicable, this data is automatically added to your personal account on the Platform.
