RaceGorilla offers solutions for timing and competition management. The pricing of RaceGorilla is easy to understand and demo versions are always free. For a small and simple start-finish competition you can use the basic functionality of the competition dashboard and app. For advanced competitions, sometimes advanced modules are needed.
RaceGorilla smartphone app
The RaceGorilla app is free and easy to use. Coaches, Volunteers and timing assistants can use their own smartphone to time and judge competitions.
Specific tutorials are available for each task: starter, finisher and judge
Competition
RaceGorilla Competition offers a high degree of flexibility to facilitate your competition format. Therefore we have prepared several tutorials. As a race organiser, you will have full control of your staff and can see all results entering real time in the dashboard. The public can follow the results live.

Yearly subscriptions
The yearly subscriptions are a good option if you have multiple of competitions each year. You can organize as many Competitions as you like at a fixed rate. This is to promote the regular use of the RaceGorilla software. For larger and advanced competitions, upgrades are still needed.
As a club, for example, you could have 5 small training competitions and 1 large competition with an upgrade. The third competition is already cheaper for the single user subscription!

Support
If you require support we organise a Skype, teams or Zoom training, prepare your competition online or support on location.
We recommend to use a dedicated ‘race office manager’ to operate the competition dashboard. With two or more volunteers operating the timing app your team is complete.

Pricing Electronic Timing Equipment
No investments in hardware are required if you use your own laptop and smartphones on which you can install the free timing app.
If you prefer more accuracy though – up to 0.001 sec – you can use your own photocells and Tag Heuer or Alge Timing devices in combination with our BlueBox.
With the BlueBox GPS and photocells you can set up your own electronic start-finish timelines. For more information click here.
