RaceGorilla-Competition is designed to be as easy as possible. It is a self service software platform and can be used without our support. When using RaceGorilla for the first time, you can have a simple race online within a couple of minutes. Login at the dashboard and create a competition. Training your volunteers or timing assistants to use the RaceGorilla-Competition app, can be done while drinking your cup of coffee before the race starts.
But, as stated in the tutorials, a smooth race starts with a proper preparation!
Where to find information?

RaceGorilla online Support
We have a vast experience on running races of all kinds. We know all the best practices, all the do’s and don’ts. Although it is possible to instruct your team just five minutes before the race starts, (or even while your race is running….yes, that has been done too), we strongly advise you to plan some practice sessions before the race starts. The good thing is, you could just have a Skype meeting with all volunteers and run a test race from home. If you want you can ask one of the RaceGorilla team members to join in and have a look at your race as well.
If you need any assistance feel free to contact us, we’d love to speak to you in person and we’ll do our best to make your RaceGorilla race run smooth.
RaceGorilla local Support
Most of our support will be done using digital media channels. For races in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium or France, we might be able to arrange support on your race venue. We can make a special offer for you if you need assistance on-the-spot, especially when you are organizing multiple races a year as a (semi-)professional timer, it might be worth gathering your team for a good training.
We’ll support you and your team in English, French, German or Dutch.
