One of the key features of the RaceGorilla software is to work together as a timing team in one competition. Different roles such as starter, finisher, split timer(s) and judges can be done by different individuals at different locations using the RaceGorilla Pro app on their mobile phone.
To add a member to your crew, there are 2 options:
Use “join competition” in the app

As competition organiser (Admin), go to the settings section in the competition dashboard.
Share the Competition ID and Acces Code with your timing crew.
As a timing crew member, open the app on your mobile device. Tap the “Join Competition” button in the lower right corner.
Enter the Competition ID and access code provided by the competition organiser.
Add a crew member using E-mail address
As a competition organiser (admin) you can add members in the crew section of the dashboard. This is actually the preferred method of creating your organising team as it provides more control over the permissions of the crew members.
To add a crew member, go to the crew section in the competition dashboard. Add a crew member using the email address of the crew member. If the crew member already has an account, this address will pop up as a known member. If the crew member is not know to RaceGorilla, an invitation can be send, asking the proposed member to create an account first.
As a competition organiser, you can choose the user role for the crew member. You can for example choose Timer or Judge or Timer/Judge. If you want more control over who does what, go to advanced settings. In advanced settings it is possible to grant a certain timing crew member access to just one location (for example just the start) and to a certain series.
